Tracking the eclipse
Tomorrow is the big day: the Great American Eclipse. You can follow along tonight and tomorrow with Physics Today editors, who are scattered across the country. We also encourage you to share your eclipse photos with us—just tag us on Facebook or mention us on Twitter (@PhysicsToday). And remember that this eclipse is not just for the continental US: Viewers in Canada, Mexico, Central America, Caribbean islands, and even northern South America, western Europe, and northeastern Russia will be able to see a partial eclipse.
